Elastic Rights has signed broadcasting agreements for the Japanese series Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch in four of the five territories in which it manages the rights to this animated show. The series will be aired on the Greek open TV channel Star, which will issue the first two seasons of this animated production aimed at girls between 6 and 12 years (with a "halo effect" that also includes girls from 4 to 14) . Star premiered the series in October 2011, registering an average share of 59.5% in the target of 4-14 years, over the channel's average.

In France, the second season of the series premiered on Canal J in November 2011. In Spain, the first season aired on Disney Channel from October 2011 to February 2012, after having been broadcasted on Clan TV. In Portugal, Panda is airing the second season of production in Panda. The first stood for 10 months at the top 20 in 2009.

Elastic Rights is in negotiations to reach an agreement with a broadcast partner for the airing of the series in Turkey.
