Kids II buys Baby Einstein

Kids II already manufactured licensed products for this Disney brand

Kids II has bought Baby Einstein, a babycare products firm owned by Disney to date. For more than a decade, Kids II has been a licensee for this brand, so the company explains that the association "is well established in time and works satisfatorily. The strong partnership between the two brands has allowed us to integrate Baby Einstein in our strong portfolio of brands".

Under this license, Kids II has created over the years a wide range of items aimed at babies and toddlers, such as musical plush animals, activity centers, baby gyms, and rattles, among others. Currently, Baby Einstein toys has that promote development and entertainment of children. All products incorporate real-world objects: music, art, animals, and nature.
