Britax buys jogging stroller manufacturer | Key4Communications |

Car seat and stroller manufacturer Britax has acquired BOB, a company specialised in jogging strollers and with its clients mainly in the US and Canada.

According to Britax CEO, Roger Malinowski, this operation is "fully in line with our international growth strategy. We have no plans to change the BOB name; in fact we are excited to expand the BOB product range globally”.

The purchase price has not been disclosed.
