The Lego universe will arrive to theatres in 2014

Warner Bros has confirmed the production of a movie about Lego

Warner Bros has confirmed production for a Lego film that will be released in 2014. This movie will mix animation with live action and represents a continuation of the collaboration between the two companies: Warner Bros already created an animated about the construction sets brand, plus a line of licensed video games with titles such as Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean.


The Australian special effects company-toon Vfx will produce the script written by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the team behind Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.
