Toys 'R' Us plans to open 21 new stores in the US | Key4Communications | News

Toys 'R' Us will open 21 new stores in the US before the year ends, including 11 "supersstores" that will have Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us stores in one location, as well as 10 smaller stores, also with both brands.  

The company is also remodeling 23 existing shops so that toys and babies stores will be in the same location. These remodels are also expected to be completed in 2011.

According to Toys 'R' Us, these operations will create more than 1,100 jobs. The company already employs 70,000 people and has 874 stores in the US.
