Buying toys concerns increasingly more both moms and dads, according to a Nielsen study, as 46% of online buyers of these items are men.
Both fathers and mothers have an average age above 35 years, as parenting age is being delayed. In fact, mothers between 25 and 35 years account for only 13.2% of potential toys buyers, while those above 40 are already over 21%.
Also, the parents between 35 and 40 are who most toys online buy, and those who are more interested in technology toys such as video games or tablets for children.
