Nickelodeon launches Canadian licensing division
The new consumer products division will start business on October

Nickelodeon Consumer Products (NCP) will open a new Canadian division to be in charge of all licensing and merchandising business in the country, starting October 1. The company has been working until now and during 13 years with Studio Licensing as licensing agent.
The division of Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has appointed Tanya Visano, senior director of NCP Canada, to head up the new operation.
Nickelodeon is present in Canada with tow 24-hour channels, as well as digital platforms, and is considered by the company as one of its main markets.
