Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer of Transformers: Age of Extinction. The fourth instalment of the movie based on the Hasbro toys brand will be released on June 27 in the U.S. The film is directed by Michael Bay and counts with Mark Wahlberg. As an important new addition to the toy industry, the film directed will include Dinobots: robots that turn into metallic dinosaurs - in fact some of the toy models were exhibited at Nuremberg Toy Fair.



The three previous films achieved a total box office total of over $2.5 billion. This is the eleventh most successful franchise, and the second if we only consider the sagas with three titles, just behind The Lord of the Rings (ranked 9).

Paramount has also published four new movie posters with the tag line "The rules have changed".
