Spain has crept in The 2015 Global Retail E-Commerce Index by consultancy AT Kearney and has done so in a big way: not included in the previous edition, to achieve the No. 18 countries based on trade developments electronic.

The authors of the report say that its appearance in the latest edition of the study could be a surprise to some, but "green shoots are visible, the country which is the fourth largest economy in the euro area recorded in 2014 a growth rate for the first time in six years, while the most recent statistics show that growth continues”. Amazon, El Corte Ingles and Fnac Spain are singled out as the biggest online operators in the domestic market.
