The Licensing Forum Will Provide Data and Strategies to Reach Young Audiences

Víctor Gutiérrez de Tena and the NPD Group will be in charge of the conferences of the event, to be held on July 2nd in Barcelona

Víctor Gutiérrez de Tena, Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation at Havas Media, will be in charge of the Licensing Forum conference focused on marketing addressed to children audiences. This event will be held on July 2 at the Barcelona World Trade Center, and to assist you just need to fill out this form.

Gutiérrez de Tena’s conference will begin at 12:30 h. and will focus on:

- The transformation of children audiences: how have the consumer habits of children changed, and how kids they relate to their favourite brands, products, and characters.

- Brands now: how has the environment in which companies operate changed, and how brands have to rethink their strategies.

- New strategies that companies should use to reach children, both through traditional and online media (web, apps, social networks), analyzing the real influence of the latter, in addition to trends such as eduteinment.

Víctor Gutiérrez de Tena is Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation at Havas Media, where he has worked for brands such as Vueling, Cola Cao, Nutella, Nike and Mango, among others. His work has won awards at national and international festivals, and some of his projects are on display in museums of cities such as Tel Aviv (My peace diary), Barcelona (Alphabeto), and Madrid (La Casera).

Over the past two years he has also served as a member of the board of APG (Association of Spanish Strategic Planners) and has continued teaching at Masters and PhD in strategy, creative advertising, technology, and new media. He is also Communication Director of the T'Acompanyem social program, which supports unemployed people.

NPD and the licensed toy industry
The second conference of the day will be in charge of the NPD Group and will focus on the licensed toys market. The lecture will take place at 16:30 h. and will analyze the relationship between the toy and licensing industries, offering business results and trends.

NPD analyzes sales data of the toy industry in the U.S. and in the five major European markets for this industry - UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
