12/02/2015

Rovio Entertainment and Dreamkids Kindergarten have teamed up to launch the first Angry Birds Playground in Singapore. It is based on the strongest elements of the Finnish national curriculum and developed in cooperation with the University of Helsinki as well as partners like the NASA, National Geographic and CERN, according to a Rovio's press release.

The Dreamkids Kindergarten is the first Angry Birds Playground in Singapore. There are others in China (Shanghai and Chengdu) opened in 2014.

“Working with Dreamkids and opening our first early childhood education program in Singapore is wonderful and we are truly delighted” says Sanna Lukander, VP Fun Learning at Rovio. “Our ambition is to make learning fun. We know from experience of our games that when kids truly enjoy what they do, they are enthusiastically engaged and curious. An early childhood education system that gets children engaged and in love with learning, benefits children as well as the countries that understand the importance of these crucial early years.”
