Johanne Broadfield, new VP at Cartoon Network EMEA
She joins the company from Mattel

Turner Broadcasting has appointed Johanne Broadfield as new Vice President of Cartoon Network Enterprises for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Broadfield will be in charge of leading the firm's consumer products business, spearheading the development of Turner’s channel and show brands into consumer product franchises within and across the region.
She will lead a business unit responsible for product licensing, promotions, publishing, home entertainment, events and environments. She will also direct brand, licensing, retail and associated marketing strategies for CNE, working in conjunction with the global Turner CNE team to develop and execute franchise strategies and plans.
Broadfield comes from Mattel, where she was Senior Director across the UK, Canada and Eastern Europe consumer products business. She has also experience in companies such as Disney and Fisher-Price.
Based in London she will report to Pete Flamman, SVP and COO Turner EMEA, who said that Broadfield has "fantastic experience and is well placed to lead CNE towards future growth. This is an extremely important part of our business, not only in terms of revenue growth but also in terms of delivering against our commitment to be where our audiences are.”
