Selecta Visión to exhibit in the Licensing Forum

The event will be held on July 2 at the Barcelona World Trade Center

Selecta Visión has confirmed its presence in the Barcelona Licensing Forum as an exhibitor. The company has over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual sector, producing and distributing content, as well as publishing home video. The firm is responsible for titles such as Clanners (TVE), Comecaminos, and Kombai & Co.

In 2007, the company expanded its activity to licensing, managing brands aimed at children and youth, with brands such as Dinosaur Train, from Jim Henson, and La CQ, from Televisa Internacional.

The company joins the ten exhibitors that have so far booked their booths in the event, to be held on July 2 at the Barcelona World Trade Center Barcelona:

- Biplano Licensing, founded in 1990 and with offices in Spain, Portugal and France, represents properties such as Betty Boop, Hello Kitty, and Smurfs, among others.

- Consumer Product Connection, young agency in charge of the licensing program of properties such as Pou, Lucky Fred and Kumis.

- Copyright Promotions Licensing Group: the Iberian subsidiary of the multinational agency will bring to the Forum properties such as Despicable Me, Skylanders and The Simpsons.

- El Ocho Licencias y Promociones heads the licensing program of Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom, and Kimmidoll, among others.

- Hong Kong Licensing Show - HKTDC, the trade fair to be held from 12 to 14 January 2015

- LIMA Iberia, the Spanish and Portuguese official representatives of the international association of licensing professionals.

- Luk Internacional, audiovisual rights distributor in charge of properties such as Doraemon and Once Upon a Zombie.

- Mattel Brands is the licensing division of the largest toy company by revenue, and is in charge of the licensing programs of the firm's brands, including Monster High, Barbie, and Max Steel, among others.

- Planeta Junior is a company specializing in audiovisual content that manages children's entertainment properties, such as Maya the Bee, Mia and Me, and the properties of DreamWorks.

- Promarca, the Mexican association for the promotion of licensing, organizer of Licensing & Merchandising Expo in Mexico City, an event that brings together more than 35 exhibitors and 2,500 visitors. The next edition will be held on 20 and 21 October.

Two lectures on communication and market trends
In addition, the Forum is also finalizing the organization of two conferences for licensing professionals - one in charge of the NPD Group on the market trends of licensed toys, and a second focusing on digital marketing aimed at children.
